Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the limited circumstances in which a refund request may be considered.

General Rule

Crypto payments are irreversible. As a general rule, EXO token purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed and tokens are credited.

When We May Review a Request

We may, at our sole discretion, review refund requests in limited cases such as duplicate payment, demonstrable platform error, or where a payment was sent before EXO was credited and the buyer requests cancellation in writing within 24 hours.

No Guarantee of Refund

Submission of a refund request does not entitle you to a refund. EXOVUM does not guarantee any refund. Decisions are final.

Process

Send refund requests to support@exovum.com with order number, payment TXID, sending wallet, and a description of the issue. We may require KYC verification before processing any refund.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for: wrong-network transfers, transfers to incorrect addresses, change of mind, market price changes, claims after tokens have been distributed, or any reason related to expected token value or listing.
